Theodore A. Gollnick, Esq., JD, MBA

Attorney

Theodore A. Gollnick has lived in Sarasota, Florida since 1961. After graduating from Sarasota High School, he attended the University of Florida, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science. He attended Florida State University, earning a Juris Doctorate Degree and a Master of Business Administration, whereupon he returned to Sarasota.


Following a stint in trust banking, Gollnick established the law practice of Theodore A. Gollnick, P.A. in 1990, focusing primarily on the then-newly revised Florida Guardianship Law.


Mr. Gollnick's peers have given him the highest Martindale Hubble rating for legal ability and for ethics.
