Theodore A. Gollnick has lived in Sarasota, Florida since 1961. After graduating from Sarasota High School, he attended the University of Florida, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science, 1976. He attended Florida State University, earning a Juris Doctorate Degree in 1980 and a Master of Business Administration in 1983, where upon he returned to Sarasota.
Following a stint in trust banking, Gollnick established the law practice of Theodore A. Gollnick, P.A. in 1990, focusing primarily on the newly revised Florida Guardianship Law.
Mr. Gollnick's peers have given him the highest Martindale Hubble rating for legal ability and for ethics.

Lori Haberer was born and raised in New York. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa, Magna Cum Laude from Stony Brook University in 1988, completing her Bachelor's degree in three years.
Ms. Haberer began her career in Publishing as Editor at Standard & Poor's, ultimately leaving in 1997 upon moving with her family to Ohio.
Ms. Haberer has been married for 23 years and has two teenage children. She has been a member of the Theodore A. Gollnick, P.A. team since moving to Sarasota in 2002.
Susan McKinnon was born and raised in North Carolina. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from The University of South Florida. She has over 30 years of legal experience in Probate and Guardianship.
Ms. McKinnon has been married for 42 years and has a son.
She has lived in Sarasota since 1972 and has been a member of the Theodore A. Gollnick, P.A. team since 2002.
